Quad/Old School/Roller Skating
 Quad skating is also known as 'Old School' skating, 'Roller Skating' and I am sure there are other names too.
Quad skating has in recent years seen a new fan club with the resurgence of the 'Roller Disco' and the promotion of old school skating by a number of artists including Madonna and the recent Television series 'Skate Nation' on CBBC.
At 'toskate' we are aware that quad skates are different in many ways to blades so over the coming months we intend to offer specialist quad skating lessons for advanced quad skaters who want to focus on quad specific skills.
In these sessions we will focus not just on skate specific skills but also look at the importance of posture, fluidity, placement and how these elements can contribute to your style.
